A Night That Changed Everything
I recently hosted my first official art show for my gallery… and it was more than I ever imagined.
If I’m honest, the weeks leading up to it were filled with anxiety.
I was afraid no one would show up.Afraid it would be slow.

Afraid the artists wouldn’t sell anything.Afraid I had overestimated the support for local art.
When you care deeply about something, it’s vulnerable to put it into the world.
But what I witnessed that night completely shifted something inside me.
The space was filled with people who genuinely care about art. People who came to support local creatives. People who believe in investing in original work. There was connection. Conversation. Encouragement. Energy.
Every single artist sold something.
I sold three original paintings — more than I have ever sold in one day.
That alone felt surreal.
Releasing New Work Into the World
For the show, I released nine brand-new original paintings.
Watching them hang on the walls, seeing people stand in front of them, hearing what they felt when they looked at them — that’s something I’ll never forget.
Three found new homes that night.
Six are still available and waiting for the right collectors to discover them.
There’s something sacred about that moment when a piece leaves your hands and begins its life in someone else’s home. Knowing my work now lives in new spaces, holding space for someone else’s story, means everything to me.
A Fruitful Season
This year has already been incredibly fruitful for my art business.
In addition to the originals that sold at the show, I’ve also sold a limited edition canvas print of one of the most popular paintings from the event — a piece that resonated deeply with so many of you.
Seeing both originals and prints find homes reminds me that art reaches people in different ways — and I’m so grateful for that.
I’ve added a ton of new work to my store, along with some older pieces that are still available. Each one holds its own story, its own season of my life.
This season feels like growth.Like expansion.Like stepping into something bigger than I’ve allowed myself to before.
Looking Ahead: A New Beginning
I’m hosting my second show in March.
There’s something powerful about building this — about creating spaces where artists can thrive and collectors can connect deeply with original work.
After the success of the first show, I feel more grounded and confident stepping into the next one.
Still human. Still stretching. But more certain.
Pushing Into New Horizons
This year, I’m committed to pushing myself creatively.
Exploring new textures.New themes.New emotional depth.New scale.
I want to stretch beyond what feels comfortable and continue evolving as an artist — not just for growth, but because that’s where the magic happens.
To everyone who showed up, supported, purchased, shared, encouraged, and believed in this vision — thank you.
Truly.
If you’ve been considering investing in an original, this is your reminder. Six of the newest pieces are still available, along with many others in my shop.
I also offer payment plans on all original work because I believe collecting art should feel accessible and intentional.
Thank you for being here. Thank you for supporting local art. Thank you for supporting me.
The future feels bright — and we’re just getting started.
